Phone Consultation:

Free 15-minute phone consultation to answer your questions and decide if the services in this practice is the right for you. After our call, if we decide to move forward, you will be able to complete the initial visit paperwork on the patient portal and once complete, we can schedule you for an initial evaluation appointment.


Initial Comprehensive Evaluation:

During your initial evaluation appointment, Dr. Joshi will complete a comprehensive assessment to go over your mental health needs. We will go over your current symptoms, along with your past medical and psychiatric history. After the evaluation, we will work collaboratively to establish a treatment plan that works best for your needs.

Please note: The initial evaluation does not initiate a professional relationship, both parties must agree to work together after the initial evaluation for a professional relationship to be initiated.


Ongoing Treatment:

If we agree to work together, we will decide what would be the best follow-up plan based on your mental health needs. This can include medication management appointments with or without therapy.


  • Controlled substances i.e. stimulate (Adderall, Ritalin) or benzodiazepine (Xanax, Ativan) in compliance with Ryan Haight Act without an in-person visit

  • Disability Assessments (short and long term)

  • FMLA

  • Forensic/Legal Evaluations

  • Substance disorder treatment

  • Emotional support/service animal letters

Areas of Treatment Focus

This practice focuses on adults between the age of 18-60 who are who are seeking medication management for primarily mood disorders or adjustment disorders who do not require acute/emergent treatment such as the following below:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Trauma Disorders

  • Adjustment Disorders

  • Life Transitions

  • LGBTQ+ related issues

  • Relationship issues

Since this is a virtual tele-psychiatry practice, we are limited in the conditions we treat. Therefore, patients with the following (but not limited to) psychiatric conditions would be better suited for clinics that can provide a higher level of care.

  • Psychotic disorders/Schizophrenia

  • Bipolar disorders

  • Substance use disorders

  • Dementia

  • Autism Spectrum Disorders

  • Active suicidal thoughts

  • Thoughts to harm others

  • Persistent suicidal thoughts and behaviors
