Fees

For those who have health insurance plans not listed above, I’m considered an “out-of-network” provider. However, we can provide you with the necessary documentation to file for out-of-network benefits through your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company to determine the amount that would be reimbursed for out of network care.

• Initial Psychiatric Assessment – (up to 60) $425

• Follow-up Appointments (Medication management) – (up to 25 minutes) $225

• Follow-up Appointments (Medication management + Psychotherapy) – (up to 45 minutes) $350

Administrative Fee’s: For administrative services that require more than 10 minutes to complete (phone calls, paperwork, obtaining prior authorizations), you will be billed at an hourly rate of $300 per hour in 10-minute intervals. Please note, this fee is not covered by insurance.
